The Caring Community Foundation and dress Get Heart-to-Haute

RALEIGH, NC, April 7, 2015– The Caring Community Foundation (CCF) and dress, a designer resale boutique introduce the CCF Consign for Care program, to serve the financial needs of Triangle cancer patients undergoing treatment.

Donna Anderson, executive director of CCF and dress founder and owner, Pam Liebling Mullaney, are thrilled to announce this opportunity to new consignors.  The goal is for the CCF, dress and Triangle communities to unite in the gift of giving to our residents.  Currently partnered with Ma Cares (which serves the critical needs of community citizens), Mullaney, “envisions this…as an ongoing…relationship that can build to a wonderful partnership.”

Those who CCF serves will also benefit as the foundation will receive a percentage of sales from the CCF Shopping Day, slated for Thursday, May 14.

Instead of the standard 50/50 split between dress and the individual consignor, the boutique will set up a special CCF consignor account.  The foundation will receive 60% of the selling price.  “Pam is truly a caring person”, says Anderson, “I am always so inspired by…folks in our community who want to be  a part of giving back to those in need, in our neighborhoods”.  If an individual consignor opts to make a donation, they may do so after receiving their 50% of the selling price.

New consignors can have their items pre-qualified by phone, or at an in-boutique appointment.  When booking a visit, please inform the dress staff that you are calling for the CCF/dress partnership.  If your closet is filled with treasures untold and you need assistance with closet cleaning, call the boutique at 919.699.6505.  Please ask for Pam Mullaney if you need an in-home pick-up.
