Breakfast In Bed Race

About the Breakfast in Bed Race

The CCF Breakfast in Bed Race was created to raise funds for cancer patients in our community. Patients and their families must deal with a tremendous financial burden while battling cancer. Our goal is to relieve some of that burden.

Bed race teams will design, build, and race their own team beds. Each team must pay a registration fee to enter the bed race. Teams are encouraged to raise additional money (above the registration fee) to help cancer patients in need. The morning includes a bed parade and awards for fundraising, creativity, and showmanship. We will also feature children's activities, music, and a gathering of local food trucks.

Debra Morgan, WRAL news anchor, will emcee the event.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Each team member must sign this Acknowledgement and Release Form in order to participate. Please have each team member sign and return toinfo@caringcommunityfoundation.org or bring a copy the day of the race. CCF Bed Race - Acknowledgement and Release.pdf
